Bringing in the New Year With the NHL Winter Classic

The spectators were sure treated to an entertaining game, as the Detroit Red Wings beat the Chicago Blackhawks 6-4. On New Year’s Eve, NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman joined WDFN to preview the game.
Not exactly court side seats, but those in attendance at Wrigley saw a high-scoring affair on New Year's Day, 2009
