Oakland A’s GM Billy Beane is up to his usual business – trying to find ways to keep the small market and low budget A’s organization competitive with the big spending teams in the American League, including the Angels in their own division. Beane, the man behind the best selling book Money Ball, joined KNBR 680 last Friday for a lengthy interview about his team and whether or not he thinks they’re ready to challenge the Halos again out West.
