John Elway On The Super Bowl And The Broncos

Denver Broncos legend John Elway talked to KKFN on Friday about the process of waiting for the phone call about being inducted to the Hall of Fame (his longtime TE Shannon Sharpe is up for induction), the state of the Denver Broncos under the new direction of coach Josh McDaniels, his own Super Bowl memories, and of course some commentary about Super Bowl XLIII on Sunday between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Arizona Cardinals.
‘I knew they would be looking for me to go low so I decided to put that big old 3 inch vertical on them and went right over the top.’
