Kendra Wilkinson, Always Entertaining (And Only Relevant Because She’s Hank Baskett’s Ladyfriend)

Kendra Wilkinson is hot. No doubt about it. But she’s somehow more famous because she dates Hank Baskett. Okay, actually, that’s not right; it just gives us a reasonable excuse to cover her in the sports blogging spectrum. It truly makes him more famous because outside of Philadelphia, no one knew who he was.
Otherwise, we’d be restricted to having her toss out pitches for the Padres, or hanging out with LdT or playing celebrity softball. Or, alternately, being Hugh Hefner’s ex. Which isn’t sports related but might still be a good enough excuse. Fortunately for you, I’m here to transcribe, so you don’t have to listen to her talk about being followed by cameras, her new television show coming out and flirting with her BF/fiance.
Being followed around by cameras all day
“It’s not that hard, especially because I know the camera people. Hank did not want to do the show at first. He got to know them and then he was like, “You know what, I’m comfortable now.”…I basically forced him to because I really wanted him on. He didn’t know what to do, he’s not a Hollywood guy. ”
Where she thinks this will take her
“We’ll see. I don’t really have a certain goal. I’m not planning on being an actress, I don’t want to say, “Oh I want to be an actress.” I’m taking one step at a time. I can only live one day at a time and see where it goes. If Hollywood doesn’t want to keep me around, then that’s the way it goes and I’ll find something else. That’s usually how my life goes.”
Her first encounter with her fiancé, Hank Baskett
“Hank was intimidated. I went up to him and said, “You should get my number.” I never do that. He was like that guy, he was so shy and I was like, “Get my number!”
