Pretty sure you guys misquoted him here, I&#039;m guessing he meant &quot;20 110&#039;s&quot; as in 20 110 yard sprints.  110&#039;s are a very common offseason running workout...although most people wouldn&#039;t do 20.  A lot of teams (both college and in the pros) use 110&#039;s as part of a conditioning test.

21 10&#039;s wouldn&#039;t really be a workout, nor would it be something that the best receiver in the NFL would brag about!</description>
