Losing Olshansky was huge and it is coming back to bite us. The coaching staff can't seem to get the team ready. Maybe we should let Rivers run the offense and Williams run the defnese, fire the coordinators and get a good runninback pick in the draft. The coaching staff is really frustrating me. Yes we have the talent, it should be focused like a laser beam on one goal, total destruction and winning that ring.
