The Winter Classic was played on New Year's Day at Wrigley Field. The spectators were sure treated to an entertaining game, as the Detroit Red Wings beat the Chicago Blackhawks 6-4. On New Year's Eve, NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman joined WDFN to preview the game.
